This position offers a straightforward pay structure, modern fleet equipment, and a 100% no-touch freight policy. Operational Profile:
- Weekly Mileage: High-volume lanes averaging 2,300 – 3,000 miles.
- Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch; roughly 60% consists of Drop & Hook.
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner models.
- Route Policy: No forced dispatch to New York City.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Experience-based).
