OT/PCN Software Engineer in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and automate tools in on‑premises infrastructure, embedding secure‑by‑design principles.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following team and enterprise standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilities, tooling, and developer experience.
• Support the deployment of new solutions and manage the lifecycle of existing systems.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate software solutions with on‑premises OT infrastructure.
