This is a general ENT position (no facial plastics). Replacing a retiring physician, who is ready to go now, but will stay until a new person arrives to keep business. One other ENT, who does about 40% general, 60% facial plastics. Call is 1:4 ENTs own audiology and get all of profits. They also have access to other owned ancillary profits from surgery center, imaging, lab, etc. Collections minus expenses compensation structure, guarantee for first year.
