Overview
Role Purpose
Nomad Foods is strengthening its OTC capabilities and enhancing core processes and systems to drive better efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. The OTC SME Tech Lead will provide technical and process expertise across the OTC cycle, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and harmonisation across European markets.
 Responsibilities 
Serve as the technical SME for OTC processes (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Claims, Deductions, Credit & Collections).
Lead the design and delivery of OTC system enhancements within SAP and connected systems.
Translate business improvement needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
Support configuration changes, testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Provide expert guidance on SAP SD and OTC best practices to ensure stable and standardised processes.
