OTC Process Manager

• Manage and optimise the end-to-end O2C (Order to Cash) process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


• Enable the structures to grow, develop and in-take upcoming transitions.


• Lead the OTC transformation process, including the introduction of new tools and frameworks.


• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including PTP & RTR Towers) to streamline workflows and improve processes.


• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address inefficiencies.


• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding O2C operations.


• Provide training and guidance to teams to ensure understanding and adherence to processes.
