OSS PreSales Architect

Role: Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Location: LATM Region

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead OSS solution architect across the full pre-sales lifecycle – from opportunity

qualification and technical discovery through proof-of-concept, proposal, and contract

award – partnering closely with Sales leadership to shape, qualify, and grow the regional

pipeline.

• Own and orchestrate end-to-end responses to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ), including solution

design, compliance and traceability matrices, win themes, technical narratives, effort and

Bill-of-Materials estimation, assumptions, and risk identification – driving on-time, high-

quality, fully compliant submissions.

• Design and articulate end-to-end OSS solution architectures spanning Service Assurance,

Service Orchestration & Fulfilment, Inventory, and closed-loop automation, mapping
