OSS Delivery Manager

The ideal candidate is a seasoned telecom OSS delivery professional with strong experience leading large-scale OSS transformation and run programs for Tier-1 telecom operators. They will possess deep expertise across Network Fault Management, Field Service Management, and Service Order Orchestration, combined with strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. Experience working with telecom operators in the GCC/KSA region and strong knowledge of TM Forum frameworks are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end OSS program delivery across design, build, integration, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Manage OSS transformation and run programs covering Fault Management, Field Service Management, and Service Order Orchestration.
