*Must Have (Non-Negotiable)*
* Experience pulling permits for OSP broadband/telecom projects
* Experience supporting fiber construction (FTTH strongly preferred)
* Strong knowledge of municipal, county, and state permitting (TXDOT preferred)
* Experience with ROW, pole attachments, and utility coordination
* Working knowledge of OSP fiber infrastructure (aerial and underground) and construction requirements
* Ability to review construction drawings and understand how design impacts permitting
* Ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines at once
