Essel is seeking a skilled and dependable OSP (Outside Plant) Mechanic to join our team. The OSP Mechanic will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of outside plant infrastructure, including telecommunications and utility equipment located outdoors. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work in various outdoor environments, ensuring safe and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Install, maintain, and repair outside plant equipment such as cables, poles, conduits, and related hardware.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and structural components of outside plant facilities.
