About the Opportunity
We are hiring OSP Fiber Design Engineers to support large-scale FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) network expansion projects across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact fiber deployments in a fast-growing telecommunications environment.
If you have experience in fiber design, OSP construction, telecom engineering, or utility infrastructure, this role offers hands-on involvement in real-world network builds while working remotely.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an OSP Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and supporting fiber network construction and design projects, including:

+ Reviewing FTTH/FTTx designs including:

+ New builds, span & drop replacements

+ Aerial and underground fiber installations

+ Risers, MDUs, vaults, bores, and trenching
