OSHC Assistant Coordinator | Trinity College

Trinity College Gladstone OSHClub, is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Assistant Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.

This is a permanent, part-time role (35 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 2 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success.

Service hours include:

• Rise Then Shine: 6:00am – 8:45am
• Stay and Play: 2:15pm – 6:00pm
• School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm
