We are seeking a Board Eligible Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon for a low-frequency, highly manageable call coverage assignment in Missouri. This contract offers an exceptional option for a regional or local surgeon looking to pick up steady, low-impact supplemental revenue without disrupting their primary practice or carrying heavy monthly shift burdens.

• Frequency Volume: Extremely low commitment of maximum 2 shifts per month (capped strictly at 10 shifts total per year ).
• The Shift: 24-Hour continuous emergency/inpatient beeper call.
• Scope of Practice: Manage pediatric orthopedic consultations and emergency interventions arriving through the Pediatric Emergency Department, alongside acute management for on-floor inpatients (IP).
