**Description:**
You will be the Orlando Operations LOB Product Lead for the Operations LOB team. Our team is responsible for Orlando Manufacturing’s successful execution of one or more programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Orlando Operations LOB Product Lead you will be responsible for integrating across functions to achieve program and site goals.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Identify and implement creative solutions that maximize production, including process updates, engineering changes, and manpower‑allocation strategies.
+ Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and drive throughput improvements.
+ Attend, report, and follow‑up on daily program meetings while creating and tracking recovery plans.
+ Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing management, and the IE team to review estimates, manage critical drawing changes, and plan shop capacity.
