Lending Director – Real Estate Finance

Are you an experienced lending professional with a strong track record in real estate finance origination? Our client, a leading real estate finance lender in London, is seeking a Lending Director to help expand their lending activity across senior, mezzanine, and whole loan opportunities. The firm is targeting £250m of lending per annum and is looking for someone with the expertise to source, structure, and execute deals across the capital stack.

With an annual salary of £120,000 - £130,000 plus bonus and company equity plan, this role offers a highly competitive package. You'll also enjoy benefits including private healthcare, life insurance, income protection, and a company pension scheme.
