Lift Every Voice Philly (LEV) is Philadelphia’s only base-building organization focused on systems change in the School District of Philadelphia. We seek an Organizing Director to supervise and develop the organizing team, drive campaign strategy, and strengthen member leadership development while expanding LEV’s power through external relationships. 
We offer a full-time hybrid role with a salary of $110,000-$135,000 based on experience, plus benefits, relocation bonus, and wellness and
