About the Department: The Global Talent function is responsible for talent acquisition, talent and performance management, organization effectiveness, learning & leadership development and early career pipeline planning at Invesco globally. About the role: Reporting to the Global Head of Organization Effectiveness, the Organizational Effectiveness Partner is both a thought partner to HR and business leaders, and a hands-on enabler of improving effectiveness.
