Insight Global is seeking a qualified Organizational Change Manager in support of one of our higher education clients in Virginia Beach VA. This candidate will be supporting employee development, performance, and engagement initiatives to build skills, strengthen leadership, and drive productivity. This role ensures training and evaluation frameworks align with the client’s strategy, culture, and business goals, while this client is working through a system integration. The day‑to‑day will include:

Lead and execute the Learning & Development strategy aligned to business goals, culture, and organizational change initiatives.
Design and manage enterprise-wide learning programs (onboarding, leadership, technical, compliance, and professional skills) using blended learning approaches and learning technologies, including the LMS.
Assess organizational capability gaps, measure learning effectiveness and ROI, and report outcomes to leadership.
