Organizational Change Management Specialist

Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid – Ottawa, Halifax, N.S., Victoria, B.C.)

Position Summary

Thales is seeking a proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the organization. The Specialist will assist with change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities across multiple projects.

Regulatory Compliance Requirement

This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List and the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be eligible or able to obtain authorization for such access.
