Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy and roadmap
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments across business, operational, IT, OT, and regulatory domains
• Develop and manage change management plans, communications plans, and engagement strategies
• Coordinate organizational readiness assessments and adoption activities
• Support workforce transition planning, role alignment, and operational readiness activities
• Develop executive communications, stakeholder messaging, and change-related reporting
