Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

We are looking for a Change Management professional with experience in SAP Projects.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support the successful adoption of business processes, technologies, and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive organizational readiness and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement communication, engagement, and training strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership alignment sessions, and change agent networks to strengthen organizational buy‑in and engagement.
