This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who brings a strong foundation in change management and excels at translating complex initiatives into clear, compelling, and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations.

• Execute components of OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses with moderate guidance
