About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Organisational Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Toowong. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Head of Culture & Leadership and is pivotal in driving our 'High Performance with High Integrity' culture. You will leverage deep expertise, data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder relationships to diagnose, recommend, and implement impactful organisational development solutions. You will play a critical role in delivering programs across recognition, culture, and engagement, ensuring alignment with Auto & General’s strategic direction and values, and driving tangible outcomes for our employees and the business.
