Your Impact:

As Organisational Development Partner, you will shape how we engage, develop and grow our people. You will drive key initiatives across talent, engagement, performance and development, partnering closely with leaders to elevate capability and align talent development practices to business strategy. This role plays a critical part in strengthening employee experience and ensuring our talent processes enable high performance across the business.
Please note this role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to strengthen talent development and succession planning conversations

Lead the end-to-end engagement survey process including participation, insight generation and action planning

Drive performance cycle processes including goal setting, development planning and talent and performance reviews and calibrations
