This role supports the design and development, of frameworks for organisational design, job architecture, and technical capabilities, directly contributing to organisational clarity, career pathways, and talent management. You will play a critical role in translating strategic objectives into practical, fit-for-purpose HR frameworks, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and consistent application within our dynamic and growing insurance business.
