Key Responsibilities

1. Organisation Design – Supply Chain & Ops, GBS
   • Own end‑to‑end org design for 1‑2 GBS value streams (Forecast to Report, Source to Pay etc.) or Supply Chain & Ops functional programs (Customer Operations, GDT, Procurement etc.).
   • Design target operating models that simplify structures, reduce layers, and enable scalable delivery across markets interlocking with Intelligent GBS processes.
