We're partnering with a leading consulting organisation to engage an experienced Organisational Design Lead to support a range of large-scale transformation initiatives.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape future operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategies, translating business objectives into practical and sustainable outcomes.
Key Requirements

• Experience in organisational design, operating model or workforce strategy
• Background delivering large-scale transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to analyse organisational challenges and develop actionable recommendations
• Consulting or enterprise transformation experience highly regarded
