About The Role

The OTC Senior Manager will lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations within Dyson Business Services (DBS), overseeing key areas including Cash Applications, Credit Risk & Assessment, Collections, Disputes, and Deductions.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, process transformation, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting DBS’ vision of building a Centre of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and manage end-to-end OTC operations including:Cash ApplicationsCredit Management & AssessmentCollections & DisputesDeductions & Bad Debt ProvisioningCash Flow Forecasting, Analysis and driving better cash flow results
  • Ensure delivery of KPIs such as DSO, cash flow forecasting, and service levels
