A Day in the Role

• Master Data and System Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP, including pricing, addresses, customer information, discounts, and packaging details
• Credit and Risk Analysis: Generate and review blocked order reports aligned with market credit policies, and provide recommendations through workflow tools
• Customer and Stakeholder Support: Understand market requirements and provide in-depth, solution‑oriented responses to customer and stakeholder queries
