Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to manage the end-to-end entry of sales orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that every transaction is recorded accurately to maintain seamless operations between our sales, inventory, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Entry: Accurately input customer purchase orders into the system, ensuring correct product variants (SKUs), quantities, and pricing are applied.
• Workflow Management: Move orders through the sales lifecycle—from initial quotation to confirmed sales order—and monitor the status of outbound deliveries.
• Database Integrity: Maintain the CRM and contact database by creating new customer profiles and updating shipping/billing information to prevent delivery delays.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor real-time stock levels; flag Out of Stock items and communicate lead times to the sales team or customers.
