Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong coordination, active listening, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in data entry, order processing, or Accounts Payable (AP) roles is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in time management; must have a strong attendance record with no history of frequent tardiness and a strong commitment to schedules.
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Amenable to working on-site in McKinley, Taguig (5x a week).
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Must be comfortable encoding purchase and order information into an internal system (minimal IT knowledge required).
