Job Description
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong coordination, active listening, and organizational skills.
- Experience in data entry, order processing, or Accounts Payable (AP) roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in time management; must have a strong attendance record with no history of frequent tardiness and a strong commitment to schedules.
- Amenable to working on a graveyard shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
- Amenable to working on-site in McKinley, Taguig (5x a week).
- Can start ASAP.
- Must be comfortable encoding purchase and order information into an internal system (minimal IT knowledge required).
