High Reach Forklift Operator – Order Picking

Fantastic Furniture is seeking reliable, safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operators to join our Distribution Centre team. This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring stock is moved, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

Reporting to DC Team Leaders and Supervisors, you will support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. This role involves regular high-reach forklift operation and order picking across inbound and outbound functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts for order picking and stock movement
• Pick, pack, and accurately select products using RF scanners
• Load and unload trucks and containers (manual handling and MHE)
• Conduct stock checks and pre-start forklift inspections
