What To Expect
Tesla is seeking an experienced operations candidate to run its Order Operations team. The team owns a variety of processes related to vehicle sales and delivery, tracks all orders from the point of deposit to revenue recognition and to manage the vehicle registration process. In addition to ensuring team success, this role is expected to collaborate with regional and functional management to ensure Order Ops is providing exceptional support to internal departments, creating the best customer experience possible.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales, Delivery, Logistic and Operations to improve current work flow processes and minimize errors. Initiate and carry out automation programs to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Provide and drive internal cross-functional operational solutions for new business models and sales initiatives to ensure effective implementation.
