Job Description

 About the role
 The Order Management Technician will be putting the customer at the heart of everything what we do in ensuring orders progress through Skygate to meet the trailer despatch times and maximizing stock availability.
 Please note that the Flow Room shift pattern follows a 2-2-3 rotation [2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off] between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00. This is a set shift and as such we are unable to offer flexibility beyond these hours at this time.
 Efficient and accurate reporting of errors and unexpected behaviour to resolver groups.
 Manage Customer Failure Rate (CFR) to deliver target in pursuit of 100% delivery on time, every time.
 Develop effective relationship with operation team.
 To be constantly aware of customers' requirements for quality, efficiency and accuracy.
 Optimise storage and conveyor utilisation.
