**Order Management Specialist**
Adecco is now hiring for an Order Management Specialist position for a distribution company, where the company culture promotes collaboration, accountability, curiosity, respect, and embracing each other’s differences in the San Fernando Valley area.

Responsibilities:

+ Accurately enter, review, and verify MarketTime orders in QuickBooks, ensuring pricing and specifications meet company guidelines.
+ Invoice orders that need to be shipped from warehouse
+ Invoice orders for merchandise that are shipped from Frontline
+ Book orders from Frontline for shipping
+ Book EDI import orders into QuickBooks
+ Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped promptly.
+ Track stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
+ Investigate and resolve delays, shipping errors, or damaged products.
