Order Management Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment while ensuring excellent customer service and close collaboration with Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of working independently, familiar with finished goods order management processes, and comfortable navigating SAP to provide accurate order updates and status reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders and provide timely updates regarding order status, changes, and delivery commitments. Review and update order information in SAP and customer tracking tools. Serve as the main point of contact for order-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
