**As Order Management Senior Specialist you will join our AMD BU.** Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. The team plays a key role in managing customer order operations across the CEE region. The team is responsible for handling complex orders.
**Your role:**
+ Coordinate end‑to‑end sales order processing to ensure timely delivery within the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics organization.
+ Monitor orders across multiple channels, including returns, ensuring full visibility and smooth fulfillment.
+ Address non‑standard order flows, identifying root causes and resolving issues quickly.
+ Manage the administrative flow of sales orders and maintain accuracy in all order‑related documentation.
+ Lead weekly order book review meetings to support effective order allocation.
+ Pre‑screen complex and special orders, ensuring proper handling of exceptions.
