Order Management Operator II

**Position Overview**

Receive and sort packages, identify/inventory contents, place product in order tole, identify and save patient settings, enter order in ERP system, pick-up and distribute orders to appropriate areas, identify and locate rush/expedite orders as needed, transfer files and update orders, process orders through 3D printer and post process.

+ Download user settings into current software platforms
+ Verify settings and route to appropriate function when errors or mismatches occur
+ Stamp/sticker order form with correct information
+ Diagnosis and determine product fault
+ Confirm rechargeable products meet charging specifications.
+ Create, file, and retrieve device history records for Hearing Instruments
