Job Summary

The Order Management Assistant is responsible for processing of investments, asset transfer orders and inter-portfolio transfer orders in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities


  • Processes investments orders (buy, sell, maturities, pretermination).




  • Processes asset transfer (incoming/outgoing).




  • Processes inter-portfolio transfer.



  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
