**As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain.** We welcome applications from both junior- and mid-level experience specialists.
Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
**Your role:**
+ Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
+ Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process.
+ Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
