The Buyout Administrator is based in Chennai, India and caters to all customers in the Middle East and Africa.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Order Monitoring & Expediting:
Monitor customer orders from order entry through shipping and final delivery.
Identify, follow up, and resolve delays, holds, and bottlenecks by coordinating with relevant teams.
Closely track shutdown, LD, PRECOM, and other urgent or critical orders.
Monitor factory timelines and coordinate with Buyout Admin for orders falling behind schedule.
