The Job:  
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Orchard Operative (Tractor Driver) to join stone fruit orchard team, which is in planning to be planted. This is a hands on role involving machinery operation, crop management and seasonal team support. The successful candidate will have experience working within an orchard environment, including tractor operations and be confident working with modern growing systems that includes polytunnels and/or rain covers. We offer a supportive working environment within a modern stone fruit production system and the opportunity to develop skills across all aspects of orchard operations.
