Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in at least 2–3 modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, OTL, Benefits, or ORC.
- Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, Fast Formulas, BPM Workflows, REST APIs, Redwood, VBS, and OIC.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure HCM modules and develop reports, data loads, and integrations.
- Build HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Manage workflows, integrations, and technical customizations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
