The candidate will bridge functional HR processes with technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR).
Configure and manage Payroll elements, Absence Plans, Work Schedules, Accruals, and Eligibility Rules.
Design, develop, and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.
Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
