Consulting Point Search are representing a top-tier Management Consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a number of individuals into their rapidly expanding Cloud HCM Advisory & Implementation Practice to focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday HCM or SuccessFactors HCM consulting services.

You will get involved in Advising clients around Cloud HCM software vendor selection, advising the advantages of Oracle HCM Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD or SuccessFactors HCM Solutions or other on-premise ERP / HCM solutions. You will then get involved in liaising with the Business to design the solution, gather requirements, map the processes and manage the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion or SuccessFactors HCM Solutions.
