Oracle Fusion - Lead Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex Oracle Fusion integrations and extensions across Finance and SCM
• Own end-to-end technical solutions for high-volume business flows (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Costing)
• Define and enforce integration, error-handling, and reconciliation standards
• Ensure platform stability and performance, especially during peak and close cycles
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical production issues and root‑cause analysis
• Lead the technical objectives for project implementations
• Define training needs within team
• Identify business/project risk and mitigate/communicate where necessary
• Ensure SOX Compliance is met

Skills, Tools & Experience

• Deep hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion technical stack (BIP, OTBI, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, ESS jobs)
