JD for Oracle fusion HCM functional

· Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. · Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion any one above module· Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. · Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. · Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) · HCM.
