Oracle Engineer - WebLogic and WebCenter

The opportunity is with one of the leading Australian banks. The team operates across multiple geographic locations. Technologies utilized include Oracle WebLogic, OWC, JOLT, and SALT.

Responsibilities:

• - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and Tuxedo environments.
• - Monitor application health, analyze logs, and address incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within established SLAs.
• - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent resolutions.
• - Ensure system availability, reliability, and optimize performance.
• - Analyze business requirements to deliver application enhancements and resolve defects.
• - Modify and deploy services using JOLT and SALT integrations within Tuxedo environments.
• - Develop and maintain configurations for WebCenter (OWC) services.
