with strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules and end-to-end financial processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in support, implementation, and upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for

Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules
Work on

incident management, ticket resolution, and SLA adherence
Collaborate with

Oracle Support

for issue resolution and critical fixes
Participate in

implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Analyze and support

business processes – O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and RTR (Record to Report)
Assist with

month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare documentation and ensure smooth system operations
