This role involves working closely with clients and business teams to deliver and support HRMS solutions.

Key Skills

• Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR)
• Strong PL/SQL development
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• XML / BI Publisher reports
• Interfaces, APIs & Integrations
• Production support & issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle EBS HRMS technical components
• Work on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Handle enhancements, data migration & integrations
