POSITION SUMMARY The Oracle DBA / Spatial Engineer owns the database layer of the TMS contract: Oracle 19c administration, Oracle Spatial geometry maintenance, PL/SQL development and troubleshooting, nightly refresh execution, and integration between the ArcGIS layer and the Oracle data model. The TMS database is massive 3,026 tables, 3,831 indexes, 163 packages, 123 procedures, 94 triggers, 80 jobs and the 4-million-plus media item repository depends on Oracle performance and availability.
